About Kate A. O’Konski

Kate joined Farrell & Croft, P.C. in 2024 as an Associate Attorney in the Wills, Trusts and Estates section and practices in areas including estate planning, probate and estate administration, and contested wills/probate/guardianship litigation. She also litigates protective orders and drafts Qualified Domestic Relations Orders which divide marital pension and retirement accounts in the event of divorce.

Kate graduated from George Mason University School of Law in 2002. Kate came to Farrell & Croft, P.C., bringing with her extensive prior legal experience. She is passionate about the practice of law and believes that all should have access to competent and zealous representation in order to protect their assets, livelihood, and happiness. She is particularly dedicated to the assistance of the elderly and advocacy for victims of domestic abuse.

She was appointed as the Executive Director of the Piedmont Symphony Orchestra in 2018, where she has also played the violin since 2011. She continues her tenure and is proud to perform with the PSO and other local ensembles.

She lives in Nokesville, Virginia, with her three children and two dogs. In addition to playing the violin, she enjoys painting and writing as well as traveling and the study of languages.
